Just a little update on whats happening before, during and after Christmas...Yin Yoga Nidra Evening, Aerial Hammock 6 Week Course, New Yoga and New Beginners Pilates Classes start from 2nd Jan 2025, Opening and Closing Over Christmas - Classes and Clinic Hours. Hope you can join us in December and help me make better plans for you for the New Year ahead.

Christmas and January Holiday 2025 Dates
Class Closures:
Off from Friday 20th December 2024.
We start back again on Thursday 2nd January 2025!
Classes are off the last week of January also - from 27th Jan to 31st Jan 2025.
Clinic Closures:
Closed from 25th Dec 2024, and open again from Thurs 2nd Jan 2025.

Our Beginners Introduction to
Aerial Pilates & Yoga (Begin & Improve) 6 Week Course:
Starts from: 6.30-7.30PM on Wednesdays 8th January 2025 - 3 hammocks left only!
Book Your Hammock from 2nd Dec - IN STUDIO Aerial Pilates & Yoga (Begin & Improve) - book this 6 week pass membership and then select the 8th January to book in. (Any issues as ever, contact Tanya directly.)
In this course, we take the best from Pilates and Yoga and fitness and strength training to build upper body, core and leg strength. You will also stretch all the muscles in the body, develop balance and coordination and have fun along the way with some interesting little tricks in the hammock! Then melt away in your lovely cocoon to wind down and relax at the end of the practice.
This class is totally different as it is activity based training - ie it doesn’t feel like you are doing ‘exercise’ but you build along the way - a more fun and interesting way!! Limited places left - so sign up now!!
Please note - this class is not suitable if you are affected by any shoulder injuries, vertigo, high blood pressure or any conditions affected by this, or if you are pregnant.

All morning classes are currently fully booked - if you are interested, please contact Tanya to be placed on the waiting list or express interest in a morning class.
We cover the basic fundamentals of Pilates to introduce you to the core values and to feel them in your body as we begin to build the connections from body and mind to build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, breathwork and help improve your overall health. Then we develop them for best effect! We focus on what your body needs and deep diving into concepts when needed to help you develop further.
The beginners classes are suitable for some injuries, post natal and anyone! Get in touch with Tanya prior if you currently are affected by any injuries or conditions to be sure this is suitable for you.
Classes at TDR are more bespoke and specific and work towards your longevity, efficiency and improving your healthspan - more focussed than anyone around! We use a variety of small equipment to cover a wider range of the Pilates repertoire adapted from the large equipment like the reformer, chair, cadillac and spine corrector to bring you even more benefits and body feedback.

The gentle Yoga class in our warm cosy studio is a beginners class suitable for some injuries, post natal and anyone! Get in touch with Tanya prior if you currently are affected by any injuries or conditions to be sure this is suitable for you.
Begin & Improve is suitable for anyone that wants more movement in their lives, and are not restricted with any issues or injuries.
Our Yoga classes involve movements and poses which are selected to be more bespoke within the attending group to help you develop your movements alongside improving your mobility, stretching, strength, posture, breath work and relaxation.

6 Week Membership pack (must be renewed after week 3 to ensure your mat is available for the next block) OR
If you want to stay with us for a while, then book the recurring monthly membership pack as this gives you permanent priority booking of your mat.
Once purchased - then book in for your class for the start date and time to reserve your mat.

Important Note - Price Increase For All Services Booked From Jan 2025
Please be aware that all services have had to increase in price.
I have kept prices lower than advised since covid, but I now have to align with inflation sadly.
All new prices will apply from 1st January 2025 for classes and appointments.
These can now be viewed in studio and on the website posters.
For any prepaid packs and services - if purchased and used in Dec - Dec prices apply. If they cross over into January, a small surcharge will need to be paid when next attended in January to align to the new pricing.
All prices will be set on the booking system to the new prices from 1st Dec for booking appointments and from 2nd Dec for class sign ups. If you are prepaying for any service to be used in Dec - contact Tanya to arrange the correct payment amount as these will be chargeable at the Dec rate.
