This 14 day challenge is broken up into 3 sections

  • You can join me for all 3 or choose which one suits your current level: Reset, Rebalance and Reignite.

  • Each day builds on the knowledge and movements from the day before, so if the movements and concepts are new, go for a day 1 start.

  • Repeat any day as often as you need to before you progress to the next day, or do more in 1 day if all feels good in your body and mind!
