  • When muscles are problematic - it is bed to be cautious and listen for the feedback they give you - and never push into pain, only a mild discomfort of a stretch.

  • The videos labelled back care used in the order they appear in this playlist are a good place to start if you have a niggle in your back and want to try to calm the body down and see what movements may be possible and observe what may open up with slow gentle stretching.

  • Niggles or worse should be assessed when it comes to back care to be sure they are the right choices for you, but these may be helpful starters.
