On Demand has Changed!

The ON DEMAND video library is starting again!

• Logging in is now via your TeamUp account, which will hopefully make life simpler for you to access the recordings at anytime and from anywhere on any device. No additional passwords required!

• I will add videos to the TeamUp collections for Yoga and Pilates when you request specific classes to be added. This way I know you found these classes specifically useful and I am building a library full of what you want it to be.

• You can also now search using the filter options for what you want to access specifically for your current goals.

• As the collections of videos are building - let me know what labels you want to see in the filter search lists so this becomes easier for you to find and access the type of content you want more easily.

• I would ask as usual - please do not share your access with anyone as these are for paying members only.

• Content is not downloadable due to respecting the privacy of all class members.

• If you are having some issues accessing via a mobile phone, vimeo works better on a tablet, and works best on a laptop or pc.
