New 6 Week Pilates for Back Care Course
This 6 week course is being hosted by Tanya Ross, lead Therapist and Teacher at TDR Academy of Movement and Therapy in Ballyclare. It is suitable for anyone who has an interest in learning the basics of Pilates to begin their journey in learning about the Pilates Method. New 6 Week Beginners Yoga as Medicine Course
This 6 week course is being hosted by Jo Burns, our Yoga Medicine trained Teacher at TDR Academy of Movement and Therapy in Ballyclare. It is suitable for anyone who has an interest in learning the basics of Yoga to begin their journey in learning about your body and mind, mobility in movement, breath, relaxation and strength. Even if you have practiced Yoga before, revisiting your alignment to aid better movement in your Yoga is essential for longevity of practicing whether in class or at home.
