New Equipment Order
Order going in in early September (deadline potentially Friday 13th Sept).
As the studio is being equipped to enable more pulling actions to aid strength development through more Pilates and fitness style equipment training, you may want to add in to your home practice some new equipment to try to replicate as best as possible. I have tried to research cost effective ways, but I know these may not suit everyone. So as ever, if joining me ONLINE for classes, or just practising at home yourself, I will be teaching modifications and alternatives. If you can though, do! As they bring more benefits! Oh and see the sticky sock note below!
If you are registered for ONLINE Pilates classes - please reply regarding the email sent with video link (and text) recently. Check your junk folder or let me know if you didn’t receive it.
Otherwise, if you know of any equipment that we typically use and you want something, let me know and I will be able to tell you if i can get better and cheaper or direct you where to get some. (Yoga blocks, belts, foam rollers, resistance bands, small inflatable balls, big stability balls, hand held weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc, etc.)
As ever sticky socks are important in studio and at home - safer all round!

Partner Body Massage Workshops
I’ve been wanting to run this again for years! Since the last time which could be 10yrs ago 😆
✅ Would you be interested in a partner massage course? Aimed at working on each other, safely with the basics to aid muscle and mind relaxation. This is not a qualification, but an of interest course.Ideally you and your partner attend to get the best out of it! But you can attend singly if you wish!
✅ What areas of the body would you prefer to cover?
Neck/shoulders,
Backs,
Legs/glutes,
Arms/chest/shoulders,
Or what do you have in mind?
✅ Typically to cover the basics of 1 area, it would probably take 2.5hrs as we need time to teach, try and then swap.
✅ I have 2 possibilities coming up:
Friday 18th Oct 6.45-9.15pm
Saturday 19th Oct - eg morning? (9.30am?) or after lunch? (2pm?)
Let me know if you are interested and what areas and dates and times would work best. This is for those of you who have enquired or intimated that this would be useful, and as usual I want it to suit you to be able to attend a workshop that will be useful for you for many a time to come!
If you are also interested in learning the basics of sports massage to work on your partner, this could be a further workshop. The basics of body massage can aid application of a sports massage - which is why level 3 courses are more like body massage now. Let me know also if you would be interested in this in the future.
(Note - this is not a qualification, but a hobby/interest course to work only on family members over 16yrs.)

Check out the live timetable and sign up for one class under either a 6 week or monthly membership pass, and if more than one - the most cost effective way are the monthly membership passes which suit your attendance of either IN STUDIO or ONLINE.
Once the memberships are booked, you can get booking into your classes! If the same classes every week - book into the recurring class option - or message Tanya and she can get this set up.
