11am Tuesday - Beginners Pilates
7.30pm Wednesday - Begin & Improve Pilates
11am Thursday - Beginners Pilates & Yoga Hybrid (Best of Both!)
Suitable for:
Absolute beginners or those with some experience at an early Intermediate level
Post Natal
Those with current injuries or medical conditions - text or email me to establish what is best for you or if a 1:1 assessment is needed prior.
New Yoga Classes - Starting Week of 2nd September 2024:
7.30pm Monday - Gentle Yoga (Beginners)
8.30pm Monday - Begin & Improve Yoga (All levels)
Suitable for:
Absolute beginners or those with some experience at any level as modifications will be given when needed
Post Natal
Those with current injuries or medical conditions - text or email me to establish what is best for you or if a 1:1 assessment is needed prior. The Gentle Yoga would be the more suitable class in this respect.
New Aerial Hammock Class - Starting 4th September 2024
6.30pm - Aerial Hammock
Suitable for: This is suitable for beginners, though it is preferred if you have some recent exercise experience or of Pilates and/or Yoga.
Not suitable for: any conditions relating to high blood pressure and heart issues, travel sickness, pregnancy as each class may have inversions.
All Classes
Small groups for more personalised classes - you learn Pilates and Yoga, and don’t get lost in a group. These classes are for you.
IN STUDIO and ONLINE spaces available.
Early booking is possible now for 6 week course or on a monthly membership.
Text or email me to prebook if further than 3 weeks before the start date.
Otherwise booking is open on the website (book a class) from 16th August.
Other classes may have some ongoing availability in them - check the live timetable on the website book a class page to see if spaces are available even if for a drop in class. See the timetable below for other class times.
We are ongoing in August, so if you want to start sooner you can!
Please Note - Classes and the Clinic are off for the bank holiday week from 26th Aug and back on Monday 2nd Sept.
Want to Progress Further at TDR?
If you are already doing classes at TDR and want to do more, as more movement more frequently brings quicker and greater benefits - contact me (text or email) and I can get it set up for you and amend your current membership package to 2 or more classes per week. The more classes you do, the more the reduction in cost per class applies.
Pilates Reformer
1:1 and 2:1 sessions are available on the Pilates Reformer.
Sessions can be booked as a 1 hour appointment.
The reformer is gaining even more notoriety in NI from when i first started teaching with it in 2014, despite being prolific around the world.
It is an amazing piece of equipment when used correctly which will work your body in an informative way, offering you assistance and challenges with resistance as needed to help you achieve the movements with good alignment.
Areas that need further strength and mobility can be identified from the feedback that working on the machine gives you.
I have 2 reformers at the studio, so you can book a 1:1 or a 2:1 and we can build your body up and challenge you in a supportive way to move better. It will leave you a bit shakey as it challenges the smaller muscles alongside the bigger ones - so you will feel a significant positive effect.
Pilates Equipment Studio
Are you having issues in your body, whether injuries or just through lack of movement or issues developing from strength imbalances or tightnesses in joints and muscles, and you want to start to move better and don’t know where to start?
I can assess you and create a specific plan to develop your body in the ways needed to really feel like a better version of yourself.
The large equipment in Pilates can offer a new and bespoke way of challenging exactly where your body needs it - ultimately to get you back to yourself, and a more improved version!
Within the Studio, there is a:
Pilates Reformer,
Springboard,
Wunda Chair,
Ladder Barrel,
Spine Corrector
and other small equipment.
Each piece of equipment brings its own repertoire of movements aimed at progressing and developing your body with support as needed or resistance to help you develop the body and feel the challenge.

6 x 1 hour sessions are recommended to progress through the program (a week apart in an ideal world), or for 3 x 1 hour.
Home exercises will also be provided to help you further develop and progress.
