New 6 Week Pilates for Back Care Course

This 6 week course is being hosted by Tanya Ross, lead Therapist and Teacher at TDR Academy of Movement and Therapy in Ballyclare. It is suitable for anyone who has an interest in learning the basics of Pilates to begin their journey in learning about the Pilates Method. Even if you have practiced Pilates before, revisiting and retuning the fundamentals will help strengthen your practice by focussing on what makes Pilates truly effective.

During the 6 weeks you will learn how to move safely to:

  • Mobilise Your Spine and Hips

  • Improve Your Posture

  • Stretch & Release Tight Muscles

  • Activate All the Deep Core Muscles

  • Strengthen Functional Movement Patterns

Join Jo on Tuesday 21st June for a Yoga Summer Solstice☀️.

Celebrating the longest day of the year with a practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

Note this class is expected to run for 1hr and 45mins (not the 1hr as advertised, although you can leave after 1 hr if you wish) and you can stop and start as you feel you need to for this challenge.
