In this course, we cover the basic fundamentals of Pilates to introduce you to the core values and to feel them in your body as we begin to build the connections from body and mind to build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, breathwork and help improve your overall health.

* Wednesday - Aerial Hammock 6.30pm from 10th Jan only
* Wednesday - Pilates 7.30pm (any level) and 8.30pm (Improvers)
* Thursday - Pilates 10am and 6.30pm
