We currently have an opening for a number of new members in our classes at TDR Academy! The places are for in studio attendance, although we have some spaces left also if you wish to train live and online with us at home on zoom.
With the current social distancing in place our maximum in studio attendance is 3 and everyone else will be live online with us. Masks are only required in communal areas and not once you are on your mat.
It’s not very often these spaces come up, so don’t hesitate! Book a block of 1 class per week for 6weeks with us and make that commitment to yourself to feel the improvements in your body and how that affects your whole life!

Thursdays:
7.30pm Beginner/ Early Intermediate Level Pilates - 3 places

*Recordings of the class on zoom to download and repeat as many times as you like - whether you attend in studio or online.
*Access to the TDR Academy Tribe private facebook page where you can get direct advice from Tanya.
*If you cant attend in studio for any reason, theres always an online place for you from home, or wherever you are to practice!
*If you cant attend your weekly class and need to switch, you can switch to any class online, or in studio if space is available, so you never miss a chance to move with us!
*Options to secure your place are in 4 or 6 weekly passes or if you want to stay with us for a while, a regular monthly membership can be set up.
*Want more than one class a week? You can practice online or in studio (places permitting) as often as you live with our live and unlimited passes (in studio places are subject to change as social distancing restrictions ease).
*Consistent weekly classes - we don't stop for many weeks in a year - as consistency is key to keeping you moving!
