Stability Ball Training…
to Inversions and Beyond!!
Starts Monday 13th January from 7.30pm to 8.30pm for 6 weeks
The stability ball is an amazing aid to use to develop so many areas of the body - and best of all, it's great fun with some challenging play! We cover Pilates fundamentals on the ball to aid core stability (ie to help you stay in the ball!), shoulder and hip stabilisation, core development, upper and lower body exercises and at times even a little bit of cardio! This is definitely a class with a core focus!
You will also have the options of progressing further to the ultimate balance work - handstands, headstands and forearm balances. These will be optional - and fear not if you wish to stick to the ball - there are lots of fun ways to keep conditioning you throughout!
No previous experience required as modifications and options are always possible when you train with Tanya!
