Happy new year to ye all! How was your break? Did you get much done or was it that twilight time when you spend the week after Christmas not having a clue what day it is? We kind of like that for a while, but we’re ready to get going again now and try out our new year’s resolutions.

Are your 2019 intentions on this list? Whatever your goals are we reckon that at TDR Academy we have something for everyone and that our personal approach to your body management will mean that you’re still on track a long time after 1st January!
The first things we need to share are our new classes. We still have our regular timetable (click here for details) and here are some new additions to our weekly schedule, which are suitable for any level:
Tuesdays with Tanya starts on 8th Jan:
10-11am Yoga Medicine
Yoga Medicine is a mix of Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga to help improve body and mind. It is a thorough, anatomically based training system that trains teachers across the globe to work more powerfully with their students. Sounds fab doesn’t it?
Tuesdays with Jo starts on 8th Jan:
6.30-7.30pm Yoga Medicine
7.40-8.40pm Yoga Medicine
Wednesdays with Alana start on 9th Jan:
7.30-8.30pm Beginners Aerial Hoop
8.30-9.30pm Total Body Stretch (for stiffies).
Thursdays with Tanya start on 10th Jan:
11-12pm Pilates for Beginners/Early Intermediate
As for our regular classes, you know that most are full now? So, you’ll be delighted to hear that there are still some spaces left on:

And there’s more!! Both Jo and Tanya will be completing their Yin Yoga training this coming weekend and will bring more of this special class to you over the coming year.
