Mindfulness Workshops
Mind full or mindful - which are you?
Are you interested in learning about mindfulness and how to bring its practice into your life?
TDR will be hosting these two 2hr workshops lead by Veronica Ellis, of of Mindfulness Connected Learning, on sat 3rd feb 2018. Due to demand, 2 workshop times are available to choose from:
- 10.30am -12.30pm,
- 1.30pm - 3.30pm.
The workshops are suitable for both experienced practitioners and those new to mindfulness.
During the workshop you will find out what mindfulness is by experiencing a variety of mindfulness practices. You will learn about:
- sitting meditation,
- bodyscan practice,
- walking meditation and
- mindful movement practice.
It is also an opportunity to meet with like-minded people and explore the benefits of mindfulness as well as difficulties that arise in the practice.
To help you remember what you have learned, you will receive a practice list of information to take away with you, and also a CD to help you further continue your practice at home to make full use of what you learn to extend the benefits of the training.
There are a limited number of places available in each workshop and as such you are only booked in once you have prepayed to secure your place.
