Develop Your Handstands & Inversions
Starts Monday 11th November from 7.30pm to 8.30pm for 6 weeks
Come and join us for an exploration of the world of upside down!
Whether you are new to inversions or handstands or want to develop your strength and endurance to hold your handstands and headstands, Tanya will help guide you through a selection of specific warm-up and conditioning exercises to prepare, learn, develop and hold!!
With 28 years experience working in the gymnastics world, with Yoga, Pilates, Aerial and Fitness - Tanya will be sure to get you inverted!!
Suitable for any level - from basics to......any level!
No experience necessary!
Over the 6 weeks we will cover various handstands and headstands and all the necessary training tips to help you develop your skills and strength further.
