Ever fancied trying aerial hoop? This beginners session with our lovely Alana will let you explore the fundamentals of training on hoop and get you performing some basic skills. Hoop is loads of fun and a challenge worth trying!! You will cover some specific conditioning to help you warm up to perform basic hoop skills, progressing to more challenging skills.
To get the most out of the workshop, it is suitable for adults and over 16s with:

This workshop will be physically challenging and is not suitable for specific medical issues and/or current injuries.

Total Body Stretch Session
11.15am - 12.15pm
Alana will lead you through a variety of stretching methods to help your body release and relax and open.
It is at an open level which caters for any level of ability/experience.
The aims are to develop your mobility, flexibility, posture, body awareness, balance, breath work and relaxation inspired by sports stretching, gymnastics stretching, Yoga inspired stretching and various stretching methods.
What a great way to spend your saturday morning to set you up for the weekend ahead!
