In this course, we cover the basic fundamentals of Pilates to introduce you to the core values and to feel them in your body as we begin to build the connections from body and mind to build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, breathwork and help improve your overall health.

This class is suitable for some injuries, post natal and anyone! Get in touch with Tanya prior if you currently are affected by any injuries or conditions to be sure this is suitable for you.
Our Beginners Introduction to Aerial Hammock 6 Week Course:
Starts 6.30-7.30PM Wednesday 3rd January 2024
Book Your Hammock Now - IN STUDIO Aerial Hammock and select a 6 week pass membership.
In this course, we take the best from Yoga and Pilates and fitness and strength training to build upper body, core and leg strength. You will also stretch all the muscles in the body, develop balance and coordination and have fun along the way with some interesting little tricks in the hammock! Then melt away in your lovely cocoon to wind down and relax at the end of the practice.
This class is different as it is activity based training - ie it doesn’t feel like you are doing ‘exercise’ but you build along the way. The most fun and interesting way!! Limited places left - so sign up now!!
Please note - this class is not suitable if you are affected by any shoulder injuries, vertigo, high blood pressure or any conditions affected by this, or if you are pregnant.
