This class moves at a little faster pace than the pure beginners and progresses further with some movements - but all can be modified to suit!

Book Your Yin Yang Yoga - IN STUDIO and select a 6 week pass membership.

Book Your Yin Yang Yoga - ONLINE and select a 6 week pass membership.
In this course, we cover the basic movements and concepts within Yoga to introduce and progress methods of relaxation, meditation, and Yoga movements to feel them in your body as we begin to build the connections from body and mind to build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, breath work and help improve your overall health. Some longer held Yin poses towards the end of class help to slow the body and mind down to a more rested state.

* Monday - Yin Yang Yoga 8.30pm
* Tuesday - Pilates 11am
* Wednesday - Pilates 7.30pm (any level) and 8.30pm (Improvers)
* Thursday - Pilates 6.30pm
